From the motor-way EXIT of SANTO STEFANO MAGRA A15-A12 (best choice)
Villa DUCCI is located 5 Km from the motorway where the A15 (della Cisa) meet A12 (Genova-Livorno). Exit motorway at Santo Stefano Magra and take direction La Spezia (go straight ahead).[if you take the wrong turn, follow the street to the first roundabout (DECATHLON-Store) and make a U turn] On the bridge, exit Vezzano L., first right ; at the crossroad turn right to La Spezia. After 2Km (location Termo of La Spezia) you meet a roundabout [sign: LA SPEZIA], after few meters a sharp turn on left "Via delle Ville"; take that street up-hill: here is Via Sommovigo. [problem to turn? after 50mt a junction on left help you] After 1Km on right the sign of VILLA DUCCI parking place (brown iron-gate) with direct access to B&B; after crossroad left Via Andreoni, right Via Nosedro here the ancient main-door. If you arrive at the church you have to come back 500mt.

the correct address is Via Elso Sommovigo 11 ARCOLA, ATT! DON'T type Via Sommovigo 11 La Spezia, there is another street with same name on the other side of the Gulf.
Ask Tom-Tom a way "via" Termo, the one given through Arcola is very bad: Via Romana and Via Fontanaviva. In case you find a narrow and steep up-hill drive(Via Romana), go back 100mt and take Via Valentini,
is the one from which you arrive; and just go uphill, it's very curly but after 2km you are at the Villa.
From La Spezia
Exit the town following Viale Italia. At the traffic lights enter Via Sarzana (SS n.1 "Aurelia"). After about 7 Km, (Via Sarzana nn. 925-955) at the uphill end
of Termo, turn right direction Arcola. You will be in Via Sommovigo go
to number 102 (1Km). Afetr 10 mt on the opposite side you will find Via Nosedro.
